ACER is
a special high performance elastomeric exterior finish based on silicone
acrylic resin, light fast inorganic pigments, surfactants and choicest extenders
to provide a very durable finish which protects the surface against Alkali
and UV degradation. ACER is specially formulated to withstand extreme tropical
conditions of high rainfall, humidity and heat. With special Biocides integrated
in the finish they leach out with time to prevent growth of Algae and Fungus
for years. It's elastomeric nature with excellent bonding takes on minor
structural movements to protect against cracking and flaking. It's unique
formula resists dirt pick up and helps in providing a fresh look to the
surface for years. ACER has world class prime pigments which provide extra
bright colours and glow to the surface.
ACER
can be applied on cement plaster, RCC works and Asbestos
etc. The surface to be painted should be sound and free from all dirt, dust
or any other powdery materials. For new surfaces one coat of S-60 Sealer
or ACER diluted 1:1 with water can be used.
Covering capacity : The covering capacity
depends on porosity and texture of the surface but is generally 8-9 sq.
mt. per litre in two coat application.
Packing : ACER is available in 20 litres, 4
litres and 1 litre packing.
